Film Screenings


We can show your own film to the public or a favourite DVD for your friends & family on our giant projector

We can even arrange Domino's Pizza to be delivered!

In our Studio Theatre, loud stereo sound system, bright extra wide projector, mood lighting




Playable on either our Blueray player, our laptop or your own laptop through to our projector
Please let us know 2 days in advance how you intend to show it

A movie license is currently £91 per screening if you wish to show a commercial film (eg Star Trek or Frozen) and you can charge entry tickets.

If it is a non-commercial film you don't need a licence (eg your holiday video or a business presentation you have created)

Private Screenings ...

Can I invite guests?
Yes, best to have you welcome people on the door.

Can I sell tickets for my Screening?
If it's a private screening (for a group of friends or family) you don't need tickets
A movie licence is required if you wish to show it to non family / friends

What time do we arrive?
5 mins before your guests arrive.

How long does it last?
up to 3 hours

How many guests can I bring?
For private screenings up to 50, average is 10

My group have special needs?
No problem but please let us know at least 2 days in advance so we can prepare.

How does this pizza thing work?
Tell us what you want, give us the money (cash or card) and we phone Domino's for you and they deliver it hot and tasty!

How do I invite my guests?
Just like a normal party, but meet at the theatre (large car park behind the theatre).

Can I sell tickets for my Screening?
Yes, you can use our online box office service as well as our phone line and in person counter for all you ticket sales
You will need to get a movie licence which we can arrange for you, currently it is £91 per screening

5 mins before your screening to set up.

How does this pizza thing work?
We've never done Pizza for a public screening, but if you want to spoil your public then we can do this

How do I publicise my screening?
We can help with listings on many what's on websites, add a page to our What's On webpage and give you lots of tips of how to sell your screening
